Blood Orange Wine Cooler

blood orange

Pinot Grigio

or other dry white wine

blood orange soda
Instructions
Halve the blood orange through the equator. Cut one half into 4 wedges and the remaining half into half-moons.
Place the blood orange wedges, lime wedges and rosemary into a cocktail shaker.
Using a muddler, mash the contents to release the juice from the citrus and the oils from the rosemary.
Add the wine and stir to combine.
Stain the mixture into two stemless wine glasses.
Add ½ cup of the blood orange soda to each glass.
Fill the glass with ice and garnish with the blood orange half-moons and a sprig of rosemary.
