Chocolate Covered Strawberry Egg Cream

There’s not too many things more nostalgic than an egg cream. Using just a few ingredients, this drink hits all the notes – it’s sweet and creamy, but goes down easy thanks to the effervescence from the addition of seltzer.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Egg Cream
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup, like Hershey's
- Chocolate syrup
- Seltzer, chilled
Instructions
- In a 1-cup liquid measure or a cocktail mixing glass, stir the milk and strawberry syrup until well combined.
- In a 12-ounce milkshake glass, drizzle the chocolate syrup in a spiral pattern along the interior of the glass.
- Carefully pour the strawberry milk mixture into the prepared glass.
- Top with seltzer and serve immediately.
