Recipes do not get easier than this.  This mayo dip is perfect for serving alongside soft pretzel bites or french fries, or brush it on salmon steaks, before cooking.  YUM!

Smoky Mustardy Mayo

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1 cup


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup country-style dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika, plus more for garnish


  • In a medium-sized bowl, stir the mayonnaise, mustard and paprika until well combined.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with some additional smoked paprika; serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve, for up to 3 days.
