I’m not one to skip the bun when having a burger, but you will not miss it with this recipe!  Be sure to use a high quality meat patty (I use Peter Luger) and DO NOT be cheap with the seasoning.  These burgers are truly DIVINE, and how can you not love anything with burrata?

  • Transfer the hot burger to a serving dish.
  • Top with half a ball of burrata and a generous sprinkling of flaky sea salt.
  • Drizzle some oil and balsamic glaze over the burger, and garnish with torn basil and freshly ground black pepper; serve immediately.
